What they say...
They say if you get injured you should call right away. Well, after you get yourself fixed up and conscious presumably. They say that they will not get paid unless you do. That is probably true. They say Sue Em! Well settling out of court is a pretty good deal too, but they will probably suggest that first anyway when it comes to the real negotiations. Think about these things, and be nice!
